Energy Raging Arbiter is a Guest Star Skylander. However his toy figure only works for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles.
Story[]
After headding back to his home planet, a vortex brought his ship from his universe to Skylands by one of Kaos' spells. wile the crew was wundering how they got to Skylands and what it was, out of nowhere Kaos came and wanted to take command of this alien vessel, untill the Shipmaster frew him out. Afterwoods Kaos swore to get evenand sent waves of trolls to destroy that ship and it's crew. Untill the Arbiter took out every last troll Kaos sent. It wasn't that long after Master Eon heard. Eon asked the Arbiter to join the Skylanders and promist to look for the spell Kaos used and reverse it.
Abillities[]
The Arbiter always carries an energy sword with him, he also has an old rifle for long range attacks aswell as a temper due to some trolls.
